Even though filtered water remains undefeated in this field, some athletes may prefer flavoured beverages, such as energy drinks. In order to avoid the long list of more-or-less tempting ingredients on the back of commercial sports fluorescent drinks, let us introduce you to three simple and delicious recipes that are naturally refreshing!

Mix all the ingredients, then shake the bottle to dissolve the salt and there you go! You could reduce the sugar content (i.e. maple syrup) if it’s very hot outside, in order to maximize water.
